Return & Refund Policy

At zippyden, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note that if your order has already been prepared for shipment or has been dispatched, the cancellation cannot be processed, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure upon receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached
  • The item must be in its original packaging, which should be undamaged and unmarked
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow:

  • 5-7 business days for credit card refunds to appear on your statement
  • 7-10 business days for PayPal refunds
  • 10-14 business days for bank transfer refunds

The refund will include the full purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For items purchased during promotional periods, only the actual amount paid will be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or payment provider account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us with your order details

We will investigate the matter and work with the payment processor to resolve any issues. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
